Discus and support Communications ban has not been lifted in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So my Xbox live ban was set to end the 22nd of June , which had passed and I'm now able to play online again, but even though I can play online my Xbox...     Communications ban has not been lifted


    So my Xbox live ban was set to end the 22nd of June , which had passed and I'm now able to play online again, but even though I can play online my Xbox doesn't allow me to talk in parties or message due to previous behavior , I checked my enforcement history
    and it says there's no current ban and I cannot set up a case review. Please help

    My 2 week console ban on communicating and online multiplayer should've veen lifted but it hasnt.

    Okay, so i had my console banned from online multiplayer and communications for 2 weeks, plus my sons account has a 100 day ban on communicating. my privileges of Online Multiplayer, Communication and the ability to change profiles has been temporarily banned
    for 2 weeks. Now only my online multiplayer has been lifted, but my communication ban to talk or send messages on my own profile has not been lifted. I still cannot send messages even though my console ban on communication should have been lifted over 18 hours
    ago. can anyone please help me? and info regarding the subject will be greatly appreciated.

    Why am I still banned?

    On 9/22/17 I received a communications ban that was said to be lifted on 10/6/17. In the middle of the communications ban I was then banned from playing multiplayer games online without any warning. It has been three days after my ban was supposed to be
    lifted but I am still banned.

    If you console has been banned unfortunately that ban will not be lifted.

    If you have a communications ban you can check enforcement.xbox.com however if is not listed there you may want to contact official support at support.xbox.com/contact-us if your ban has lifted and you still have been unable to chat for that long.
