    Communications Ban extended after initial ban ended


    I had a communications ban issued on 21/11/2017. Which stated would end 21/12/2017. I didnt go back onto my xbox until 24/12/2017. When I signed in I still had a ban. So i checked the enforcement website and there was no active bans. So I contacted support
    and they said The ban would end in March 2018!!!! What the heck is with this!?!?!? This is unfair. Please look into this as I have already went through the 30 DAY BAN! it didnt say anythinf about a 3-4 month ban. This is disgraceful!!!

    Why is everyones communications offense in june resulting in an extension to september?

    I heard that most peoples communication ban dosent fully wear off after the ban has ended. even days later they still dont have full privilege after they serve the time. so i look further into this and the most recent suspensions (June most likely) that
    are lifted gets extended to september. Even 24 hour suspensions. did someone update the code of conduct or...?

    Support told me to post this here. I want my ban revoked. This is disgraceful and unfair. I have a right mind to convert over to Sony. I also want refunded for the games I have purchased on the xbox Store

    how did you see it was extended , I have the same problem but can't see on the enforcement site that it was extended as all my bans are over!

    About Xbox Enforcement

    If it concerns you, my ban was extended after i sent an appeal speculating on what I could've been banned for. However, I guess I'll never know, because they refuse to tell me. It's disgusting.
