    Communication won't work after ban been lifted.


    I already posted in the enforcement forums but I haven't got any reply there. Its been over 2 weeks now and no one on xbox support seems to care.

    My communication ban was lifted oct 3rd. Still no one can hear me in the party-chat or in the in-game chat.

    I followed all kind of troublesteps but nothing works.

    I know for a fact that its not a hardwear issue because everything works fine if I use a different account.

    I had my gamertag since 2006 so I won't be starting a new one just to make it work.

    Microsoft is a billiondollar company that totally ignores their customers cry for help.

    I repeat 2!!! weeks and still no help!

    Why am I still banned?

    On 9/22/17 I received a communications ban that was said to be lifted on 10/6/17. In the middle of the communications ban I was then banned from playing multiplayer games online without any warning. It has been three days after my ban was supposed to be
    lifted but I am still banned.

    after the 24 hrs, 6 hrs after ban lifted, still cannot communicate via party chat.

    Unbanned but still banned?

    I believe you have not been successfully unbanned and there is still a communications ban on your Xbox Live account by the enforcement team. There is nothing you can do to lift that ban unfortunately if it is permanent, however if not permanent you should
    see your communications ban lifted after a couple of days, weeks, or months even. I hope this answers your question.
