Communication Violation for a family member

I am trying to lodge a review of my sons communication violation that occurred recently but I know for a fact that day he was not on Live at all and there is no other place to lodge this complaint as there is no icon to lodge a complaint.

Account Suspended For Communication Violation?

I had recent purchased the game Sea of Thieves around 2PM EST and was streaming the game while talking in a party with some friends who were teaching me the ropes of the game and about an hour into my stream I get a notification saying my account was suspended
for violating some communication policy. I have no idea how this happened or why but Id like to understand it so that I can avoid this happening again, especially while I was streaming.

Http://enforcement.xbox.com would be he only place to submit a case review. Not all suspensions are eligible for a review so if the option is not available, all you can do is wait it out.

Investigations take time so the suspensions could be for actions that took place days or weeks before it was issued.

You can't unless it is a family member!

To do that go to Microsoft account | Rewards Community, and you should find the option to either ask for points or give points to family members

An Xbox device enforcement action is the result of a thorough investigation by Xbox in response to the most severe violations of our rules.

These enforcement actions can’t be lifted by Xbox Safety.
