Communication Suspention

so over messages someone had used some inappropriate words towards me and I had told the man that calling me that bad insalt would get them banned and thy reported me and becuase the word ass got flagged I got suspended

I got suspended on xbox 2 times in 1 week???

Ok so last week i got suspended from using my communications on xbox. ive been down that rode before and it was over. Now a week later xbox hits me with another suspention on xbox live for harrassment till 12/5. I can no longer play on xbox live now because
it is a harrassment suspention. Im confused because if i have been suspended from talking how would i be harassing people. there shouldn't be 2 different suspentions on my account because even if i did harass someone that is covered under a communications
suspention as stated on the suspension text itself. I honesly feel like im being shafted by the enforcement team now and i told them im no longer going to renew my services. But intill it runs out on 12/26 i would love to be able to use the rest of my subscription
while it lasts without false suspentions.

 

why is xbox so dumb when it comes to suspensions!!!

why is it, when i try to report someolne i always see them on chat or in a party and just always continuing to do blatantly stupid actions and still be allowed on live???!!! but i do literally one thing and i get a communication suspention because i told
off a team mate that killed me on fortnite! how does that make any sense at all!? im about to switch to playstation if they dont get on game about their stupid ways of giving and reviewing accounts for suspention....and you let the cheater and unsupportive
behavior continue...so annoyed with xbox support
