Communication suspension?

I have had xbox live for about 7 or 8 years now and i have never had a problem once, i follow the guidelines and conduct code. Im suspended from any xbl communications for supposedly violating the code of conduct but thats just not true. Im a female who
is good at multiplayer games, if anything im the one who gets harrased or slandered or subjected to hate speech, not the other way around. The xbox enforcement site is letting me see a vague reason for my suspension but isnt giving me the option to apply for
a case review. so what options do i have available to me so i can attempt to overturn my ban if i cannot submit a case review? I just dont think its fair that someone with an active paid membership can get banned just because someone accuses them of something.
In order to have the activity investigated i have to put in a claim for a review? Why wouldnt they have investigated it before initiating a ban for reports that are unconfirmed. Ive already paid my membership for the month and now i just lost multiple days
of my purchased xbox live time for a false accusation? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have no clue why I got a communication ban.

Communications bans are not just from voice communications but any form of communications

Here is a sample for the enforcement site about comm bans:

Communications Suspensions
Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review. If you are not eligible to submit a review, all you can do is wait out the suspension.

All complaints are investigated by the enforcement team before action is taken.

literally the same EXACT thing happened to me. I paid for a month of live, and then got banned 6 hours later. Its a bunch of crap to be honest. there is no button to press for applying for a case review either. wish they had a phone number i could call.

Investigated my butt, i know i have never interacted with anyone online in a way that goes against the xbox agreement. Guys dont like getting their butts kicked by a girl in a video game, i guess it hurts their pride, so i get reported for false things constantly.
So if by investigate you really mean "received multiple reports" on me, then thats stilll not justifiable.

You need to go to the enforcement site https://enforcement.xbox.com and you can find out more details about your suspension. You can also find the code of conduct at the same site that you can review as this is an agreement that you agreed to when you signed
up for xbox live and everything you say and do is governed by this agreement. Remember xbox live is considered a rate E for everyone service and all communications need to at that level. Rule of thumb, if it's not appropriate to say in front of 2 year old
then it's not appropriate to say on xbox live.

If you feel that what you find on the enforcement site is not accurate, you can file a case review. the instructions are on the same site under how to.. But before you file the case review you will be quizzed on the code of conduct and you must pass the
quiz or you will have to wait 24 hours before you can file again.

It can take a day or so for what he was reported for to be reviewed. So 10/12/2017 at 2:03pm is when the enforcement team issued the suspension. Not when he was reported.

you can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

You will need to go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting
your account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

You can try submitting a case review at
http://enforcement.xbox.com but it probably won't be lifted early. Keep in mind that it's actually a violation of the code of conduct to share accounts and you are responsible for everything that happens on your account even if you're not using it.

You'll still be able to play your games online but won't be able to access anything communication related.
