Communication suspension

Hello Xbox Support I need some help regarding communication suspension. I was uncommunicat banned today but I still cant talk or here anyone in game or in party please help me as soon as you can.

Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

During a communications suspension the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.

Hey there xd Dubstep bx.

Are you still running into trouble with party chat or has it cleared up for you? Keep in mind suspensions don't lift until around the same time they were placed on the account.

 

Yes the party chat works but when I send a message it sends but the player doesn't receive it plz help me

You can always check with the Enforcement Team at http://enforcement.xbox.com/Home there you can always check suspensions, bans and much more about your account regarding police and enforcement
procedures and FAQ'S.

 

I've already checked the enforcement team website I have no active suspensions I can talk in chat and parties but when I send messages it will say "message sent" but they don't receive the message.

I would suggest that you try to remove the friend then friend request the person you are trying to contact and see if they receive that. You could also check to see if something in your privacy and online safety settings have been changed for you and/or
friend.

 

I've already checked but it's set to everyone I don't know what else to do.

Here's a couple solutions I suggest trying out. Be sure to follow each step in the order listed!

• Remove your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One console.
  
• Power cycle your Xbox One console by holding the power button until it fully powers down.
  
• Boot back up and sign your profile back in.
• Send a test message to a friend to see if the issue is resolved.

If the steps above do not work, the next step will be to
Restore your Xbox One to Factory Defaults. Be sure to select 'Reset and keep my games & apps'. Once you're back up and running, test it out!

Thank all you guys for the help but I finally got it to work I just had an update to apply and now it's working!

 

Nvm it's not working it only lets me message my friends but everyone else I can't send messages to it will send but they won't receive them.

 

And my privacy settings are set to everyone

 

I have the exact same problem
