Communication Suspension

I recently signed into my Xbox Live account to play a few games and when signed in I learned that my communications had been suspended for a day. I don't understand how Xbox Live can suspend my communications for nothing. I hardly ever use my mic and when
I do it's while I'm in a party with people I know. I get reported all the time falsely for trash talking when I hardly e leave the party to do it.

I got the same thing bro, I am always in party chat and never sent out messages but yet I get banned with no proof?? Xbox should get their laggy system fixed instead of banning people from hearsay.. Seriously thinking about switching to ps4 as most of my
friends are also sick of this stuff.. By the way why not crackdown on the 12 year olds playing cod? I thought this was a 18+ game?? Xbox is becoming a joke.

 

It's only illegal for an under 18 to buy an 18 rated game,not to play it.That's entirely up to the parents so nothing to crackdown on.

You do not get suspended for no reason or from "hearsay".

You can ask for a case review via the enforcement site as well if the suspension is more than 24 hours & it also explains some enforcement myths.

 

Yes I did 'read' the vague email sent to me.. And yes it is 'Hearsay' as I have seen no proof of what I have been accused of.. I guess xbox can just do whatever they want because I can guarantee there is zero proof. I am an adult not a child.

 

There is proof.The enforcement team are under no obligation to share any evidence with you though which is something you agreed to when you started your account.

A report was probably filed against you,which was investigated & you were found to have done something against the ToU/CoC.

As investigations take time it could have been something that happened several months ago.

I've told you your only options so nothing more to add here.

 

They don't have to show me proof?? Lol that's funny just a bunch of kids on the "enforcement team" I have been a xbox member since 2009.. Till now as I just put a stop payment on my xbox gold.I also asked for a case review and it won't let me.., Just
goes to show you why everyone thinks xbox is garbage and is switching to ps4.. The enforcement team is a joke.No need to reply I have gotten no where posting here. Thanks for the smart *** answers.. It just goes to show you what xbox has come too.

 

I just think it's funny the Xbox live enforcement team can't tell me what I *** did wrong instead they have to say that they have proof even though I haven't sent messages out to anybody and hardly leave party chat and yet I still get *** banned for no reason.
Meanwhile there's 12 and 13-year-olds running around in a call of duty lobby saying cuss words and not getting suspended. It's funny how the innocent people on Xbox live get suspended while the hackers and little kids are running around saying cursewords
and don't get in trouble at all.

 

xTHEB00GYMANx you are so right I had just bought a game that I had been waiting to get for quite a long time and whilst installing it the ******* give me a week ban!!! This is complete ******** useless bunch of script kiddies in the enforcement team :,D

 

I was reported and banned from communications when someone was trash talking me during our game and I sent one message back after and I get banned for a day. I have had my xbox live service for 9 years and never had something like this happen before. I
even reported the guy and blocked him after and I'm sure nothing was done to him.

have a policy of only allowing adults to purchase mature game.

 

I got banned for the exact same thing today, some random kid was getting mad at me for not playing Smite to his standards, and we were losing so he verbally harrassed me in the game and instantly sent me a message saying I was garbage. That was the bait,
all I wanted to do was to relax and play a game after a stressful day at work and here this random kid decides to provoke me. I fell for it of course since I’ve never been verbally harrassed like this. I was so mad, so of course I replied with a few “bad”
words and he was like “Thanks! Enjoy the com ban for harrasment. How bout get on a different game and not ruin the fun”. Am I not allowed to play the games I own unless I’m a full blown perfect gaming proffessional???? I literally did nothing to him before,
and because he can’t handle losing (which the game wasn’t even over yet, but he likes to be dramatic and whine I guess) he decides to be an A-hole. I’m seriously so upset and think the enforcement team is a big joke for not actually looking into what is being
reported
