Discus and support communication suspension in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I also have this problem. My sons account has had this happen 2 times in the last month.     I also have this problem. My sons account has had this happen 2 times in the last month. After the last time we have monitor his chatting and messaging strictly. I believe this is incorrect. He has been on live 6-7 years and all of a sudden these
    issues. When we sign into enforcement.xbox.com it does not let us click on apply for review. I pay for a service that we are not receiving now sue to this suspension. I understand their are rules but there needs to be a way to speak with the enforcement team
    and get information on what it actually is. Considering we are paying for live, we the customers deserve that. If we are being accused of something they should have to show us. otherwise it could all be made up to make more money for microsoft. I have done
    some investigating seem many users are having the same issue.

    Also, before his last suspension about 15 days ago he had trouble signing in. he received a message that his profile was signed in else where. This could be a sign he was hacked but have tried to contact ANYONE for get information and no luck.

    Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

    During a communications suspension the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.

    There is absolutely NO one here that can help anyone with enforcement bans, they are final.

    Keep in mind they can ban you for anything you did since the time you signed up.

    PS Do not bother calling the 1-800 number (unless you have warranty) as they are a contracted call center that have no clue what an xbox is and will direct to these forums, and from my personal experience this sites support chat/contact its almost the same
    with more lies and misdirections

  5. Here is some info taken right from the enforcement forums. They are locked now. You can't post there. They only work through enforcement.xbox.com. But it's helpful still.

    "If you were signed in to your Xbox 360 at the time of your account suspension, you may have seen a message indicating that your account was signed in on another console. While it can be alarming to see this message immediately before receiving a suspension
    notification, this message is not indicative of a compromised (or 'hacked') account.

    This message is a product of the Xbox 360 enforcement process and does not literally mean that the account was signed into another console at that moment or that another person has control of the account. It also does not mean that another player caused
    your suspension. Only XBLPET has the ability to issue enforcement actions, and if you receive a suspension it’s because the enforcement team determined that the account committed a Code of Conduct violation; not because you were hacked.

    If you still have reason to believe that your account has been compromised, please follow the directions outlined at the Compromised Account Solution Tool."

    Communication suspension

    You need to go to the enforcement site https://enforcement.xbox.com and you can find out more details about your suspension. You can also find the code of conduct at the same site that you can review as this is an agreement that you agreed to when you signed
    up for xbox live and everything you say and do is governed by this agreement. Remember xbox live is considered a rate E for everyone service and all communications need to at that level. Rule of thumb, if it's not appropriate to say in front of 2 year old
    then it's not appropriate to say on xbox live.

    If you feel that what you find on the enforcement site is not accurate, you can file a case review. the instructions are on the same site under how to.. But before you file the case review you will be quizzed on the code of conduct and you must pass the
    quiz or you will have to wait 24 hours before you can file again.

    It can take a day or so for what he was reported for to be reviewed. So 10/12/2017 at 2:03pm is when the enforcement team issued the suspension. Not when he was reported.

    you can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting
    your account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    You can try submitting a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com
    but it probably won't be lifted early. Keep in mind that it's actually a violation of the code of conduct to share accounts and you are responsible for everything that happens on your account even if you're not using it.

    You'll still be able to play your games online but won't be able to access anything communication related.
