    Hopefully the Enforcement Team will see this. If not, will someone in the support department please forward this to them? I just received a communication ban and tried to initiate a review. The quiz you make people take is a little unfair. I'm supposed
    to know that you ARE allowed to put gender identity references in your gamer tag BUT you are not allowed to put anything with any sort of "innuendo". So presumably... "Trannyman2018" is an acceptable tag YET "Strippergirl" has crossed a line and is off limits. What's
    worse is that we are expected to know that in order to initiate a review request because if you get one wrong you fail. Then, on the second attempt it asked me if having a purple avatar is ok because "purple is a cool color". I couldn't care less what color
    your avatar is BUT I'm supposed to know that in order to make it purple requires a third party "hack" which violates the rules. So let's recap... Strippers are NOT ok, transgenders ARE ok, and purple avatars are NOT ok. You are making it so that people can't
    even request a review of your enforcement.

    One of your values is INTEGRITY which states that you are "Accountable for your actions" yet when someone wants a better explanation other than the canned message you send out you make it impossible to get. You make them take a quiz and have trick
    questions in it so that it is unlikely they will pass it. Your next value is COMPASSION saying that you must do what is right, not always what is written. Your own statement says that context matters, yet you fail in that regard too. Next is PRECISION offering
    that you must be precise in your investigation yet you do not even reach out to the player in question in order to get the context of whatever was done or said. Who is holding YOU accountable? How do WE the players hold you accountable? You give us NO way
    to contact you.

    I received a communications ban because you say that I violated your rules. I tried to follow them. When I have been on the receiving end of rude, ignorant, harassing behavior and comments I have tried reporting them and not responding. I have YET
    to get a message from you saying you have taken any action. That leads me to believe that you are not taking them seriously and are doing nothing to stop the behavior. However, after getting fed up with being team killed, called names, insulted, etc....
    reporting it... and knowing that you have done nothing about it, I finally respond to the players that have done this... and I am the one that gets banned. How is that fair? Please explain that to me. Where are you taking context into account? How are
    you living up to your values?

    I used to play World of Warcraft and in that game if there was an issue a Gamemaster "GM" could and often did engage you in a conversation in order to try to resolve whatever issue you were having. I'm not saying that it always worked perfectly but
    at least they gave people a chance to respond, to defend themselves, to provide context. You don't seem to care about any of that. How hard would it be for Xbox to implement something like that? If you are genuinely putting any effort into your investigations
    before issuing enforcement then it shouldn't be asking too much to do. If, however; you are not living up to your own value statements then I probably won't even see a response to this post and we'll all have the answer.

    I truly hope someone from the Enforcement team will reach out to me.

    During a communications suspension the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no way to reach out to them other than the case review. If you have suggestions/feedback about the system, you'd want to post at

    The enforcement team also does not send a message to let you know when they've taken action on anyone else. There's really no way for you to know for sure whether they have or not, but as long as you have filed a complaint on them, they will investigate.
    Every now and then you might receive a thank you message, but that is extremely rare.

    You need to go to the enforcement site https://enforcement.xbox.com and you can find out more details about your suspension. You can also find the code of conduct at the same site that you can review as this is an agreement that you agreed to when you signed
    up for xbox live and everything you say and do is governed by this agreement. Remember xbox live is considered a rate E for everyone service and all communications need to at that level. Rule of thumb, if it's not appropriate to say in front of 2 year old
    then it's not appropriate to say on xbox live.

    If you feel that what you find on the enforcement site is not accurate, you can file a case review. the instructions are on the same site under how to.. But before you file the case review you will be quizzed on the code of conduct and you must pass the
    quiz or you will have to wait 24 hours before you can file again.

    It can take a day or so for what he was reported for to be reviewed. So 10/12/2017 at 2:03pm is when the enforcement team issued the suspension. Not when he was reported.

    you can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting
    your account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    You can try submitting a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com
    but it probably won't be lifted early. Keep in mind that it's actually a violation of the code of conduct to share accounts and you are responsible for everything that happens on your account even if you're not using it.

    You'll still be able to play your games online but won't be able to access anything communication related.
