Communication suspension then subsequent multiplayer privilege suspension two days later.

I am a 40 year old teacher, respected member of my community, and married husband of two kids. My wife is also a teacher. I have been an xbox live member for a very long time going back to the original xbox. I own an xbox one and my 17 year old son has
an xbox one. I rarely communicate with anyone other than him in a party or family members on xbox that live quite a distance away and xbox serves as a place for us to catch up and find out what is going with our families.

On Saturday October 28th, I received an enforcement action for engaging in inappropriate communications. This enforcement action blocked my communications and suspended them until November 11th. I applied for a review because the suspension can not have
any validity and sounds completely asinine. Xbox enforcement upheld the decision and I have not been able to communicate at all with anyone. Today while I was at work grading papers I received a text message saying that I was subject to another enforcement
action for using harassment, abuse, and making threats. I have not been online at all because I have been at work today, and my communications have been blocked since Saturday in the afternoon. It is not possible for me to communicate with anyone nor make
threats which is in outright lie. Both of these enforcement actions are questionable and in my opinion unethical. It is quite apparent that some player on xbox live has something against me and is trying to sully my name be making accusations and saying
that I have made threats which can effect me not just on xbox live but professionally as a teacher. The enforcement team does not seem to be able to disseminate what is real and false.

I have reported messages myself which violate the code of conduct in an attempt to be a productive member of the community. Many have been acted upon. There is a record of all the messages I have sent and it is dumbfounding to me as to why this is taking
place. As a taxpayer and productive member of the community I demand fairness under guise of the law. I am posting this in this forum because i am calling into question the legality of what is taking place in my situation as a longtime paying member of the services
that Microsoft have been providing. I demand fairness. My hope is that by posting this message here others with a similar situation can see what is taking place and understand that enforcement as a whole needs to be restructured and corrected to work effectively
and not in a manner which allows people to exploit the system and slander the reputation of people.

You have a device privilege suspension for communication and it has a duration of 60 days

 

PLEASE HELP! URGENT

I talked to so many microsoft support people but none have done anything to help. You see i got a notice of suspension a few days ago for 2 weeks. i made a review explaining that im innocent. microsoft later resonded to me with ANOTHER suspension but this
time not allowing me to have multiplayer privileges. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME GET MULTIPLAYER PRIVILEGES AGAIN!

 

Any report is thoroughly investigated before any action is taken if needed.Your 2nd suspension would of been for something you did several weeks ago or even longer,not while you were serving your first suspension.

users may be enforced upon at any time for past offenses.

A player may be offline (or playing single player) at the time of the suspension, but his or her online status at that particular moment may have no bearing on the reason behind the enforcement. If you receive a suspension and are
not sure why it occurred, please check the email sent to your Microsoft Account or view your
Enforcement History on enforcement.xbox.com.

 

I understand what you are saying. I respectfully disagree. This can not be the case. I am very busy. I rarely communicate with randoms. You can look at my message list and see that I average very few messages. I do not use threatening nor harassing
speech. What you are suggesting is just simply not the case. I feel very strongly about it. So strong that I may seek legal recourse. Nevertheless, I appreciate the fact that you responded and attempted to be helpful.

 

Whether you agree or not is entirely up to you but it is the truth & how things work.

Comms is not just restricted to messages.
