Communication Suspension/Glitch HELPPPPPPP

okay so i got a communication suspended on the 1st of june and then 2 days later i got suspended for Harassment Abuse or threats my communication ended on the 15th then my Harassment Abuse suspension ended on the 17th and it is the 20th now, my harassment
suspension made it to where i couldnt play multiplayer at all i was fine with that, then all this was "uplifted" but i still couldnt use party chat or send messages so i contacted live support on the 18th and she told me that i had got a extended communication
suspension till 9/11 which i can not see in my enforcement history (i can not see this communication suspension at all in my enforcement history) but i have another account with the gamertag "Spet" that i use occasionally so on the 18th i signed into this
account but it wouldnt let me send messages or join parties on my xbox so i checked my enforcement history on that account and it says i have a perfect score or something like that so while still talking to the live support agent she checked my account and
all that and she says i should be able to use party and send messages but i cant on my xbox but i can send messages on my "spet" account on the xbox app on my phone but not on my xbox so it kinda seems like my console is completely communication suspended
but the agent said thats not the case so she made me make a whole new account i did and it kept doing the same thing wouldnt let me send messages or anything like that so she said this is most likely a mess up on the enforcement end of things she told me to
post on the forums if my Sceedy account is communication suspended thats fine, but i just wanna be able to use my "spet" account untill my other account gets unbanned please help

P.S Live support made me do all the things like reset my xbox do the alternate mac address and all of that ive done everything i can from my side i just need yall to do yours this is a mess up on ur end and i want this fixed ive been using Xbox/Microsoft
for years close to like 8 years

Xbox communication suspension glitch

i was suspended from communications on may 24th, it was said to last until june 7th, now it's june 21st and i am still unable to send messages, use LFG, join parties, ect. I did some research and found out many other people have dealt with the same issue,
and apparently xbox is just ignoring them or giving stupid reasons why they can't fix it, anyone know what to do about this? or am i just straight up screwed?

 

I also got the same suspensions you got, the Harassment suspension came a day and half later after the Communication ban. It seems as if Microsoft isn't caring about the issue for some reason. My theory is that if you're given 2
suspensions back to back, it messes with the system. I'm LITERALLY experiencing the same issues that you're going through.
