    Communication suspension doesn't show up on enforcement.xbox.com


    Currently serving a suspension for 5 more days over something I apparently said/typed. I have no clue what my suspension was for but when I go to enforcement.xbox.com my current suspension is nowhere to be found so I can't file a case report or appeal or see what the suspension was even for. Is there any way it can be fixed so I can see it and have a chance to file a case report or something before the suspension is lifted?

    This has been an ongoing issue for a lot of people. Microsoft are aware and working on a fix, but there's no ETA on when it will be fixed.

    Same issue same complaint. I have been banned, but don't know what for or for how long. pretty disappointing that I am paying for a service (XBox Live) that I can now not fully utilise, cannot be told why this is occurring and cannot speak to anyone about it.

    Why is In-game text chatting banned?!

    That would be upto the developer not really enforcement. Unless you got a communications suspension which would show up in enforcement.Xbox.com

    If it's not there then it's a game suspension
