    Communication Suspension Bug.


    Hi! Lets get to the point Ive been unsuspended for 19 days! Yeah 19 days.... and people STILL cant hear me, how Wonderful! I know this is a known issue that I'd hope would be fixed with this most recent update (11/12/15) but NO! And technically I haven't
    been able to talk to anyone sense 9/28/15 which is pretty insane if you ask me. But anyways I severely need help to with this problem its completely unprofessional of fine people at Xbox to treat their customers like this. Ive spoken to Xbox Support several
    times about this "bug" to no avail, Its like come on people just help me ANYONE but no... and before you tell me to do all this ridiculous stuff like updating my controller, unplugging my xbox, seeing if my mic's on mute (LOL), factory reseting my console,
    re-downloading my profile, just know that Im not stupid that stuff never works okay Xbox. Obviously this error is to much of a problem for the savants at Xbox to figure out, I just want help this is so irritating and I feel for everyone that has to go through
    this painful process just to try to enjoy spending and time with your friends!

    Xbox please just fix this... please??? Just do whatever it takes I mean *** Ill play your little games and fiddle around with my Xbox's cords if Im guaranteed my situation and many others will be resolved. Please replay as soon as possible... at the very
    least I just want answers.

    Communications Suspensions
    Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
    Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

    During a communications suspension the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.

    This is a known issue, and the team is investigating. Hopefully will be fixed soon.

    Unfortunately, that's about all we can do for the moment while the team figures out what's causing this bug and can fix it.

    My name is welcome to the community.

    Hello DandyGecko75594, in such cases Enforncement which is responsible for bans and suspensions, if your suspension is over but is still still suspended, may not have updated in their system or some kind of bug.

    The ideal would be to wait some more time and if the suspension continues to make a new appeal on the Enformcement website.

    You need to go to the enforcement site https://enforcement.xbox.com and you can find out more details about your suspension. You can also find the code of conduct at the same site that you can review as this is an agreement that you agreed to when you signed
    up for xbox live and everything you say and do is governed by this agreement. Remember xbox live is considered a rate E for everyone service and all communications need to at that level. Rule of thumb, if it's not appropriate to say in front of 2 year old
    then it's not appropriate to say on xbox live.

    If you feel that what you find on the enforcement site is not accurate, you can file a case review. the instructions are on the same site under how to.. But before you file the case review you will be quizzed on the code of conduct and you must pass the
    quiz or you will have to wait 24 hours before you can file again.

    It can take a day or so for what he was reported for to be reviewed. So 10/12/2017 at 2:03pm is when the enforcement team issued the suspension. Not when he was reported.

    you can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting
    your account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.
