    Communication Suspension Appeal


    Hello, currently I was communication banned for using one profane word. I have not had one single ban or warning before of the 9 years I have been playing using your product. I am a loyal customer for your company by buying multiple products. I am asking
    for a reduction from a one week ban to a one day ban. Also if there are warnings that you will be communication banned I didn’t not recieve one single one. Thanks and I hope you can do something for me.

    There is no appeals process for Communication Suspensions and they cannot be undone.

    You just have to wait out the Suspension, depending on the offense and severity.

    Communication Suspension Appeal

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and
    from there file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    Is one a communication suspension? If so than that won't block multiplayer games just communications

    Also only one appeal per suspension you would have to apply for the non appealed one

    I had one communication suspension and I appealed it. Got and email saying it's gone. When I checked I now have 2 communication suspensions

    The appeal was denied and the suspension length was not shortened. I didn't know what I was appealing since I still have no idea what caused the suspension. The only information I got was about breaking the community standards and that I was possibly reported by a player. I haven't communicated with anyone other than close friends which has been sparingly.
