Communication Suspension [2nd one]

Hi, I've been on a communication suspension for a week now. It was issued on the 3rd and was supposed to end today [10th], I waited till 12am so it could reset.

Now on the enforcement page it only shows past enforcements assuming that the duration was only one week according to the information posted on the website & common sense I should be able to send messages and be heard within party chat but this isn't the
case. Below is the text located in enforcement history:

I am still unable to be heard within party chat, and send messages through xbox I get notified with "due to past behaviour.. bal bla bla" Microsoft needs to fix this asap, I waited a full week and its over I really don't wanna try their usual "restart your
console" bs. Can someone provide me some real answers.

Still banned after suspension ended

my suspension for communication ended on the 2nd, and my multiplayer suspension ended on the 3rd. TE multiplayer came back earlier then expected, about 3 hours early, but now it's the 4th and communication hasn't returned. I'm looking for a way to cummunicate
with friends agian.

console trouble

i have a issue. My 1 son gt (lastedDutches86) have a communication & online suspension. But my 2nd son gt (Balla19121) is experiencing the same type suspension issues his brother is. My question is how can (Balla19121) have these troubles without getting
a suspension????
