Communication Suspended

I just got suspended for a week when someone reported a message I sent. The person messaged me first and trash talked then reported me and then continued to trash talk after I got banned. I have a perfect reputation and I got banned after one report???
I did check and it was ONLY 1 REPORT and it was for comminication. I was not nullying the person and I did not use profanity This is crazy. Is it really that easy to get suspended that a single person can report you and you get suspended without a second thought?

I am 30 days past a 24 hour ban and still no fix in sight. Really worries me that it wont be fixed.

I am sorry the Xbox Enforcement Team does not review forum posts you would need to apply for a case review over at

Enforcement.xbox.com

Sign in, Click on the Hammer on the Left and Apply for a Review should be on the right.

Be sure to review the Code of Conduct before applying

As for your suspention the Xbox Enforcment Team reviews every report and takes a Zero Tolerance approach to abuse in Messages.

My advice is to never reply back to random messages that offend you simply block, report and move on

I agree with Gutter, if you are crazy competitive online and send rude or cruel messages or you got into an argument in-game or in party along with messages, they can tag you for that.

Alright thank you, cause I’ve seen people adding like thousands of randoms just to get them to follow back and stack up

their followers, I feel like the enforcement team are targeting the wrong people.... they really need to remove follwers off xbox in general.
