    Communication suspended from Xbox from something I didn't do.


    Hello, I was communication suspended from Xbox on 4/17/17 and will end on may 1st. I got communication suspended for doing nothing. It said I said vulgar/hateful things and I didn't say one thing. I was with my new clan I found and I was talking to them
    and people report me because I am good at games because they want the pros gone because of how good they are. I am wondering maybe could I get it lifted because I clearly didn't do anything against the Xbox code of conduct. Gamertag- WARRIORDesert9

    Wrongly Suspended

    I received a message stating I would be suspended from Xbox Live communications. I didn't do anything warranting it, so I submitted a case review. This was yesterday. Today, I receive a message stating the decision will be upheld because I called someone
    a [Mod Removed] from account LedgendHydro729. This isn't even my account. Something needs done about this.

    Hi there.

    You are responsible for your Xbox account even if you believe your friend was playing on your account at the time of your enforcement action. The Xbox Enforcement Team has provide more info on that under

    "My roommate was playing when I got suspended. Can it be lifted?"    .

    Additionally, we're afraid if you already applied for a case review and the decision was upheld then that would ultimately be the answer.

    The question is this Did your friend really use a 50 dollar xbox code to purchase the games with or did he use a credit card that was on the account and then whoevers credit card it was disputed the charges with the bank who then went to Microsoft and said
    these are disputed charges and Microsoft saw that as theft or trying to get around the Microsoft refund policy and banned the account due to that.

    You can look up any purchase history on an account by going to account.live.com and signing in with it and it will show you the purchase history and what payment option was used for the purchase and if there was any refund for that item.
