Communication Sunspension

So if someone messages me and says insulting things and I replay in cuss words why do i get a communication ban?

Do we need a safe place for some people. If you want to message me, I should be able to respond in any **** way and **** choice of words that I want. Dont **** message me and expect me to be nice. I m not your mom.

So I need my **** communication ban lifted , because this is some **** .

Why am I communication banned without a active suspension

My sunspension was suppose to end somewhere in October, after the supnsepnsion had already exspired it still woundnt let use any communication privileges. It currently doesn't say that I have one so filing a case review is useless it doesn't even let me.
I phoned support they told me it will end somewhere in November don't know how they got that info but I'm wondering how my suspension got extended for another 2 weeks with literally zero infomatiom telling me what happened. Ive been depreived of this helpful information
for some reason. Now I'm getting very upset and I'm still suspended even though my enforcement says I don't have an active sunspension.

 

I think my sunspension was a bit much

i cant find the correct forum formthis but i dont know if this is? I was suspended for innaporopriate speech and " harrasment " i made a couple nazi jokes with my friend with no intention on hurting others i didnt repeatedly try to offend people or bully
others as well as people getting suspended for swearing honestly why is that the case because kids play it isnt valid why must we not have fun and not make any jokes if it could offend someone or some annoying kid could possibly be around to hear it my gamertag
is by the way but back to my point xbox has become a bit too safe just a little bit you cant say or do anything without getting suspended this honestly is depressing i have nothing against enforcement they are just doing their job but has this
become what pc and safeness views has come too? As a loyal Xbox user my entire life this is saddening if this happens again i dont know if i could enjoy hanging out with friends and playing games on xbox anymore just because some people dont like comedy and
fun

Retaliating is not against the CoC.

It's when you retaliate with offensive language or threatening behaviour that it becomes a violation of the ToU/CoC,doesn't matter who sent the first message.

Best thing to do is not respond,just block & report the sender.
