    Communication problem on xbox live


    Hey everyone,

    Just the other day I noticed I was not able to send messages to other players. I am however able to receive and join party chat. I checked on the
    http://enforcement.xbox.com site to review my account and came to find I was in good standings. Has anyone ever dealt with this issue before?

    Got offered Xbox live gold with 40% off - couldnt take offer

    Got offered Xbox live gold with 40% off - couldn't take offer on dashboard despite it appearing there for several days.

    Xbox live support couldn't solve the problem and recommended communication on here. Can you sort?

    Xbox live communication ban problem

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this I will link a video below showing you how to file a case review.

    It is possible that you have a BAN for communication.
    If not, there may be a problem with Xbox LIVE.
