    Communication issues in crossplay


    I am playing on an X-box one and for the last months I have not been able to communicate with my son, who is playing on a PS4. I have gone through all my setings to make sure all crossplay communication settings are still enabled, which they are. It is
    not only my son that can't hear me. As soon as anyone with a PS4 enters our lobby, everyone can't hear me talking anymore. I can still hear everyone else including myself speaking into the mic. This is only happening on COD (multi & WZ) I tried uninstalling
    some of the latest updates and reinstalling them bbut still no luck. I have checked settings on both my Xbox, and in game. Any ideas why?

    Hi, my name is Fernando and I am an independent consultant for Microsoft products.

    Are your crossplay communication settings enabled?

    - In game. Go to the account tab.

    - Under the online section, set crossplay to Enabled.

    If you can see an option named crossplay Communication, make sure it’s set to Enabled. (If your friend isn’t gaming on PC, make sure he or she has enabled this feature as well.)

    Is it another xbox one player of xbox PC player? They may need to update their game or windows/graphics card driver if so.

    Could also be a privacy setting issue, have them check to make sure have "can play with people outside of xbox live" set to "allow"

    This setting is under your profile privacy setting, xbox one/windows 10 online safety.
    It's another Xbox one player. Again me and one other person are on switch and we were able to join in just fine so I don't think it's an issue of allowing crossplay.
