Communication bans

I am tired of being Trolled by kids and I get Communication Ban for no reason. I tried to write Xbox enforcement but because I am not good at test I have fail it and never able to state my case. I feel there is no proper investigation. If people don't like
what's other people have to say then that why there is a block button. Reporting people is a abuse feature. It is not fair and if you guys don't fix my account I will take my business elsewhere

Being banned twice

Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

 

I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

It doesn't matter who starts the fight you alone are responcible for your own actions

If you are failing it use common sense and re-read the terms of use

Common sense and the terms of use is the correct answer for all the questions

And no you must be rated e for everyone

All the gaming services use the same rules.why can't you just be human

99.9% of live has np.issues with the rules not.to.mention 99.9% of the internet since the terms of use are usually the same everywhere

Why can't you just be human and follow.the basic common sense most people.in the world follow

You are going to get denied since you don't understand basic conxepts

No matter who starts the fight everyone is accountable just like in real life

Unfortunately enforcement.xbox.com is the only place you can contact the enforcement team. If you are unable to file a case review you will have to wait for the ban to lift before communications can resume. In the future, use the reporting features on the
console to report users you feel are breaking the code of conduct rather than retaliating.

 

that's the problem, I get the same response for everyone. Which is you have to contact Xbox enforcement. But how when someone like me doesn't pass there test by answering one question wrong? Is that fair I have to wait two weeks and waste money that I pay
for these services? Online shouldn't have people in fear. I shouldn't feel like if I beat a xbox clan i am in fear of a Communications ban when they all report me for no reason. If you guys won't fix my account then I have to on from Microsoft to a company
that values their paying customer. I deserve better then this. I been with Xbox 15 years but this might have to be the end.

 

You can retake the test after 24 hours.
