    So is there a reason people can message me first telling me im garbage and not get communication banned for it; but if I reply and use a couple harsh words back I’m considered the “bad” person and need the ban. You guys must not actually look over some of
    the messages like you say you do.

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

    I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

    Communication bans

    If someone else messages you the best option you have is to report them, block them, and mute them.

    If you retaliate in anyway and you get reported and you violated the code of conduct then it is your actions that get you suspended you are responsible for your own actions.

    If you did report them then you will not know whether or not they got suspended the enforcement team will not tell you what their investigation of the other person resulted in.

    Also the enforcement team does not follow these forums they handle everything through their website at enforcement.xbox.com

    If you feel that you were suspended unjustly and your suspension qualifies then you can go to their website and file for a case review.

    I actually can tell if the other person got banned, if they continue to message me after I’ve been banned. The com ban is immediate if they decide to go through with it. I shouldn’t have to block every single person that messages me something bad. Why do
    you guys get to tell me i shouldve just blocked him if he said something that bothered me. He could’ve blocked me instead of reporting me but he didn’t. So his ban goes through and mine get’s ignored ? Also take into the account HE messaged me first calling
    me trash. I guess he didnt violate anything though. The enforcement team doesnt do their job very well. I’ve seen it with my own eyes.

    Hi

    Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

    You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

    I feel like my voice is not even heard by you guys for real!!! Hundreds of dollars and I get spit in the face?? It's a game and there gonna be trash talk your taking the fun out of the game for real and that's why I'll go to Sony!!! i may even get legal

    It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
