Discus and support Communication bans with no actual reason? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i got communication bans for apperently no reason, i admit that i may not be the nicest person alive but why i get banned when people come at me...     Communication bans with no actual reason?


    i got communication bans for apperently no reason, i admit that i may not be the nicest person alive but why i get banned when people come at me bullying and stuff... yeah i reported them but i get banned instead of them! The actual bans doesnt piss me of
    but that i dont know why i got banned, thats what pisses me of! I want good reason for being banned and last time i checked xbox lives rules, i havent done anything wrong... so please explain

    Communication Ban With No Apparent Reason

    I was playing fortnite the other day and I glitched under the map and won a game. This must’ve annoyed someone, as when I messaged them saying gg they must’ve reported my account and now I have a communication ban for two weeks. I really don’t see how winning
    a game gets me banned.

    An enforcement act is issued only after an investigation of your online behavior.

    The enforcement team doesn't use the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues

    Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

    The only way to report someone is via your console,it can't be done here or anywhere else.

    As the enforcement team don't use the forums you need to go to the enforcement site
    here for info on your suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    No one here can lift the suspension,you have been given the wrong information.

    No one will tell you who reported you either.

    The only place to contact the enforcement team is via the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB     via a case review but as it's a 24 hour suspension you are no eligible.

    The enforcement team do not read these forums.

    You do not get banned/suspended "for nothing",you must have said something that violated the ToU/CoC which is why you were suspended.

    You can file for a case review here if the suspension is longer than 24 hours
