That's right. I can prove Microsoft is breaking the policy they are trying to enforce on gamers who get upset and say a curse word and get punished for it.

The code of conduct states any individual who is sending threatening messages to or using inappropriate language is guilty of the violation and shall be suspended for it depending on the level of egregious behavior up to 14 days. Yes I am currently suspended
for telling someone f you. Horrible thing I know I fear the world will never survive without me being punished for letting a cuss word pop out once.

The thing is, take any xbox one, no mods, no apps just the core programming from Microsoft. Log in or create your own profile and make it default and open up your communication program, hit the xbox button on your controller, look for chats and create
yourself a chat to whomever you want its not important about that.

Now I want you to type in the cuss word phrase [Mod Removed] and press y to start a new word

Look up at your little emoji that pops up. That's right there it is. Microsoft programmed it to show the middle finger no matter what and it can't be removed. I know I tried. It was added to the core program in communications and no matter what you
do, account restrictions, parental limits and safety settings there is no way to remove the emoji. In the emoji library look around, the middle finger emoji is not there. Its not anywhere. It cannot be added or removed from the xbox one without removing
the programming language governing the system . Now I did a quick search and Microsoft says it has 80 million xbox one active consoles in the united states. That means every day of the week for almost 2 decades Microsoft has intentionally committed 80 million
cases of a suspension able offense of forcing people to look at a picture of a middle finger that can't be removed because the xbox has it hidden in its own coding which now proves an egregious offense according to there own policy says that abuse of the xbox
one over long periods of time is an offence that has to be punished by a permanent ban and revocation of all privileges to the offender.

Now Microsoft listen up heres the important stuff, I don't want an apology I don't want to even have to hear from you people before we meet in person. You have violated your end user agreement with every person who you have sold an xbox one to saying that
it's safe and Microsoft has standards that are upheld. You are lying and you are subjecting members to a crime. 80 million a day for 20 years. From the side of paid xbox live gold subscriptions you sold you have 1. Violated the end user agreement and committed
fraudulent charges in the amount of all the paid subscribers you took money from for 20 years, which means you have also violated your own policy allowance for 3rd party arbitration and you cannot use a mediator, I know, I'm a judge and heres the deal and
it's the best you'll get, you can cry all you want, you can take this post down and play games but you have until Monday morning at 8 am. I'm sure your xbox ambassadors will tell you that this message is up and you are going to try and hide it. I'll let
you hide it, I will let you remove the post and allow all this go away under 3 conditions,

1. All suspensions you have issued for cuss words are absolved, and all accounts will receive gamer rep scores to the correct level before any unlawful sanctions were placed by Microsoft

2. You will immediately suspend all requests for action and all suspensions or denial of services for inappropriate language until such time as you have asked every customer who you have accepted money from to agree with the new user agreement you create
no doubt specifically stating that cussing is not allowed and the middle finger is removed from core programming. If you have 80 percent of your customers agree with your new eua then it becomes law, otherwise you get nothing and the communication bans are
over

3. You will inform every person you stole money and time from with your ridiculous practices that you are sorry and you will offer every one of them an incentive to trust you ever again.

8am. Monday morning. At 9am you are being indicted. I promise, and look no offensive language, aren't you guys proud? I am. I wouldn't waste my time with you people but I've watched you manipulate your customers long enough.

I hope you are smart enough to make a responsible decision that reflects your own life experience and shows the utmost importance of encouraging a level of respect and fair play to everyone. At least that's what you say to all of us you play games with
