    Because it's meant to be a punishment. It wouldn't be much of a punishment if you could still do things like that.

    Hi there,

    The enforcement team doesn't use the forums. You'll want to go to enforcement.Xbox.com and submit a case review.

    One thing to keep in mind, when you encounter any user that is doing something against the code of conduct, report the user. And as tough as it might be, don't respond. Either mute or block the person. When a user responds to someone who is breaking the
    Code of Conduct, that person runs the risk of going against the code of conduct themself and giving the initial offender a reason to submit a report.

    so news update applied for the case review and according to the enforcement team I still violated the C.O.C by "confronting"him when I asked him why he was being a racist to me and another player still believe that it was not necessary to give me the communication
    ban for asking a question but it is what it is 11 days left

    Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

    You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

    I feel like my voice is not even heard by you guys for real!!! Hundreds of dollars and I get spit in the face?? It's a game and there gonna be trash talk your taking the fun out of the game for real and that's why I'll go to Sony!!! i may even get legal

    It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
