Communication banning

The question has to be asked, WHY is communication with people on MY FRIENDS LIST blocked when there is a communication ban??? It's understandable to prohibit communication with NON-friend players, making groups, editing profile, etc. but BLOCKING friend
MESSAGING doesn't make any sense if trying to create a safe and secure gaming environment, but DOES make sense if TROLLS AND BULLIES work for the XBLPET.

I can't even let anyone know I can't communicate and likely is going to get friends thinking I'm rudely ignoring them.

Well done 'ENFORCEMENT TROLLS', thanks for taking away the ONE thing that helps me ignore how [Mod Removed] living in poverty is.

6½ days left.... I may just go back to Sony's system, and I haven't even thought about that since the PS2 days (before the original XBox...)

so news update applied for the case review and according to the enforcement team I still violated the C.O.C by "confronting"him when I asked him why he was being a racist to me and another player still believe that it was not necessary to give me the communication
ban for asking a question but it is what it is 11 days left

Because it's meant to be a punishment. It wouldn't be much of a punishment if you could still do things like that.

PS has similar rules.

 

I'M being punished for reacting badly to putting up with players who I suspect CAN'T READ, and hence, DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE CODE OF CONDUCTS RULES. I play to escape all the morons around me, the last thing I want is to be exposed to infantile s***bags that
bully by proxy, namely, the XBLPET. I report them and block them but, unlike the 360, you can still end up in the same lobby as them (WHAT HAPPENED TO PLAYER RATING???), I see not being able to make NEW friends during the ban period as punishment enough.

NEVER SEEN ACTION TAKEN unless it's for communication despite 95% of the reports I make being for quitting early or disruptive behavior.

 

I understand Enforcement's may be annoying, but you agreed to follow the Code of Conduct, so its justified. To be honest, it is best to ignore the players who make you react badly because the bans will only get longer.
