    so i just recently got comm banned for saying
    [Mod Removed]     to someone. Well xbox I'm old enough to say these words and it pisses me off how xbox wants to protect feelings, I want to roast people met me practice my freedom of speech.

    My account was banned for life.

    im communication banned but it doesnt sau a date. i was also banned from playing online and that suspension passed already but im still communication banned.

    Communications Ban Appeal

    I have been communication banned for life for no reason and would like it appealed because i have only gotten a 1 day communication ban and out of the blue i got permanently communication banned please Unban me for communications.

    Profanity and other aggressive messages sent over the Xbox Live communication services is considered a violation of the
    Code of Conduct.

    Constitutional "freedom of speech" is not protected over privately-owned networks/properties.

    Review your suspension details over at http://enforcement.xbox.com, and submit a case review as your appeal (if eligible).

    Go start your own service and you can speak to anyone how you want. Until then follow the rules or keep getting banned till they take your account away from you for good. You have a choice.

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

    You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

    I feel like my voice is not even heard by you guys for real!!! Hundreds of dollars and I get spit in the face?? It's a game and there gonna be trash talk your taking the fun out of the game for real and that's why I'll go to Sony!!! i may even get legal

    It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
