    OK so about 2 days ago something popped please note you account about enforcement action . Shortly after I could not hear nor talk in party chat also could not send messages

    Anyway , I had called support and asked if I could find out what is going on they they old me the steps or what ever to submit a case report or something along those lines and I couldn't

    First of all People constantly trash talk me like I have a lot of hate mail and when I report someone they never get banned they can just keep spamming me so for the first time I decide you know what I'm going to trashtalk back and now I'm comm banned for
    a week please help because I do not think it's fair honestly I can post so many picture of just hate mail makes no sense to me I'm trying to make sense of it but it's like 1+1= 402 I swear and then it's even more annoying because they do the have a hotlines
    for enforcement

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    Hi

    Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

    You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

    I feel like my voice is not even heard by you guys for real!!! Hundreds of dollars and I get spit in the face?? It's a game and there gonna be trash talk your taking the fun out of the game for real and that's why I'll go to Sony!!! i may even get legal
    advice!!! This is my money not yours!!!!!

    It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
