Communication banned

I'm being harassed by a group of people on xbox live who have made many accounts to send abuse on. I contacted the support to see what they can do and they asked for screenshots of the abusive messages, which I have provided in email. However, within 10
minutes I have received a communication ban even though none of my responses to the abusive messages broke the terms of service. I have literally been communication banned for being a victim of online harassment as I have clearly done nothing wrong

im communication banned but it doesnt sau a date. i was also banned from playing online and that suspension passed already but im still communication banned.

I have been communication banned for life for no reason and would like it appealed because i have only gotten a 1 day communication ban and out of the blue i got permanently communication banned please Unban me for communications.

 

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file complaints on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. Regular support does not handle enforcement issues.

Well there is half the story. How about sharing the other half? You know the part where some random innocent is harassed on Xbox Live by "many accounts". Why? What started the group of people harassing you?

You realize you were banned for something unrelated to the email you sent? That is just coincidence though I doubt you'll believe that.

 

I spoke to a support member and this is what they told me to do, I was told to open a case review and then post in the forums. I'm being harassed by a group of people for no reason at all, that is the FULL story. They made new accounts just to message me
abuse, and I then block them but they make more, nothing has been done about them. I doubt its a coincidence since I got communication banned within 10 minutes of sending the message screenshots to the support member

 

Omg. I cant believe, what im reading. Rainslide7, you are literally KNOWN for being the most disgusting and most toxic person all over the xbox overwatch community. You have at least 20 sideaccounts you harass people, especially girls with higher ranks
than you, because of how jealous and toxic you are. Including me and lots of other girls i came across while playing comp. You are harassing every single person and as soon as you get blocked, you starts spamming them with millions of other accounts just like
[mod removed], and the list goes on. Im MIND blown since youve been harassing me and lots of others for over a whole year by now, that you seriously have the audacity to play the victim right here. You deserve to be permanently banned more
than anyone ive ever came across on xbox one. If anyone needs evidence, ive got screenshots of her harassing players from 10 - 20 different accounts + the fact that she completely throws ranked matches on purpose whenever she matches you. Ffs. I pray for you
to get an ip ban and never be able to get your disgusting toxic self online ever again.

 

Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued so there is no chance for report spam

In the future just block or report those who harass you online, don't retaliate

Those are ALL accounts of rainslide7 aka the person who claims to be harassed. She is the only one who harasses people with 20+accounts. Its all her accounts. Ive been blocking her accounts for over a year by now but she wont stop harassing people and
getting new accounts to literally spam insult you on. + everytime she happens to be in my ranked game, she completely throws them and messages me from different accounts laughing how we are going to lose now because of her. This person seriously deserves to
be banned more than anyone else. I hope she someday gets what she deserves. Literally every single account of her is on avoid me already. How long does it take when microsoft finally kicks her off for this constant toxicity and harassing of TONS of people.

I was doing nothing people kept being rude and i reported them because they were cussing and people were reporting me bc i won and they saying im trash i have been gettig suspended from communication 3 times for no reason plz fix this i checked everything
i did nothing fix it plz i beg you!
