Communication Banned yesterday, now I have an additional ban for harassment the next day? How?

I received a communication ban yesterday, the 30th. Today, the 31st, I was notified my account got an additional ban, this time from online multiplayer in general, for harassment. How could I have possibly harassed someone while communication banned? Also,
it isn't as if I was sending messages harassing people over and over again. I got communication banned for an offensive reply to someone's offensive message. I get it, I should have just reported it instead of engaging.

Hello this is Kaidyn, I put in a case review yesterday for a communication ban under the impression someone was just trolling me but turns out my brother sent inappropriate messages while on my account. So I let it be, but I get on my Xbox today and now
it says I'm banned from Online play due to harassment which is ridiculous because My brother had already gotten my account banned from communication so idk how why I get banned for harassment 2 days later. I hope this can be resloved. Thank you

 

Request additional info on my current communications suspension

My account has been communication banned multiple time but this time they tacked on a harassment charge that suspended my multiplayer privileges and my communications. The email I got, on September 7th, that told me what I did wrong said the
harassment suspension restricted multiplayer for 7 days and communication for 30. However, as I was confused about the harassment charge I applied for a appeal and was told that my communications were suspended for 100 days. Now I don't know which one is the
truth as I was banned from multiplayer for more than a week. I would just like to request some additional info on the terms of the suspension.

 

Any report filed takes time to investigate.Your 2nd suspension would be for something you did before your first suspension was issued.

This is pointless. Why bother with an additional ban when I'm already **** with something else?

 

It's as if enforcement wants me to go right now and slit both of my wrists in "down the road" fashion immediately after overdosing on blood thinners.
