    Communication Banned on Xbox One


    Hello there my GT is and I got randomy banned after being on for about 20 mins...Its a communication ban so I cant talk in partys or send messages for a week.This a big problem for me because i play with my friends competivily.So i would either
    like this ban removed because i believe i was falsly accused or atleast know why exactly i was banned for the period of time i have recieved.

    My Xbox One console is communications banned.

    I only believed that my xbox one could become banned entirely, not just communications banned. Whatever account I use on my console, it is communications banned. The messages that were sent were not very negative, but the person who reported me was upset
    and wanted to attempt to get my account banned. I don't know what else to use for talking on xbox one, what should i do?

    I don't know how i got banned

    I somehow have been banned from communication with friends and my park gameplay on nba2k 17 on Xbox one

    Also Xbox isnt the only one who has the "your account is your own responsibility" stance when it comes to these kind of things.

    They have the same thing on PSN and PC gaming as well.

    As stated previously it has nothing to do with being a loyal customer. Whether you have been an Xbox customer for 1 day or 10 years it doesnt make you or anyone else except from the rules. No one gets special treatment

    well it is not MS fault somebody else used the account. if you kept him from using it you would not have been suspended. but if you wanna leave that is fine but it has nothing to do with being a loyal customer or not.
