Communication Banned for Proving a Point?

I dont do much else than play Forza, Mainly with friends in a private chat. I was banned tonight once again for what im guessing was just proving a point. I had an individual who was slow on the track and i kept bumping him. The following few races he
kept trying to wreck me as if it was his life goal. So I sent him a message saying " Salty much? It must suck to suck" after a few more failed attempts, He sent me a few messages telling me im slow and that hes "top 50" So i told him that he is in fact slow
and that I wont argue the fact unless i know i can back myself up. He then proceeds to show me his leaderboard times. So I went in and beat all of his times. Not soon after I was banned. from what he said, he was apparently in a group chat, and my guess
is, is that he and his friends all reported me. Of course there is always trash talk that happens in racing as with any game. But being able to "get someone back" for being butthurt is at the top of the stupid list! Why do i have to get a communication ban
for proving a point to a wanna be tough guy on a game? I think its far too easy for anyone to report a player without probable cause or evidence!

Communications Ban Appeal

I have been communication banned for life for no reason and would like it appealed because i have only gotten a 1 day communication ban and out of the blue i got permanently communication banned please Unban me for communications.

 

Communication banned twice for the same thing?

Earlier this month i got communication banned for a message that i sent. Yesterday i got communication banned again even though i haven't sent any innapropriate messages.

You have started a conversation with him and it started with a harassment. You could have just ignored him and found another match / race / session, but you decided to harass the other player instead. This is against the rules, and the enforcement team took
the right decision.

Next time you have an issue with another player, just ignore them. Do not try to prove a point because this will get you nowhere. Just ignore, and look for another session.

--- Regarding bumping cars on purpose, while that is not going to get you banned, it is not a good behavior in racing games and if reported for it, you can get your reputation lowered and this can cause you some issues if it goes so low till it reaches "Avoid
me" status.

 

Im sorry but you cannot tell me that you never have ANY conflict in a game? If anyone ignored everyone who fought back. or said something, there would be no gaming? What is gaming without a little trash talk. If someone is going to get their little feelings
hurt in an ONLINE game. Maybe they should go back to daycare! This is ridiculous! And "bumping cars on purpose" is NOT what i said, He was very slow! early braking ect. ect... you cant help but bump someone whos road hogging and driving like trash! Maybe
i do deserve this ban, because apparently everyone on xbox is just a bunch of babies!
