Communication Banned for NO REASON!!!

Hello,

I'm truly and utterly disappointed in Xbox Services.

Today I get ready to play a few tournament I have entered in (with money) and stream when I find a message on my Xbox saying i've been communication banned until the middle of November (2016). I have no clue as to why I have been banned as I never talk in
game chat, I'm rarely in party chat and whenever I am its with my friends. As to messages, most of them contain asking my opponent to join, saying 'good game' and etc. I do receive a fair amount of messages containing profanity and hate aimed towards me, but
I rarely reply and never report as I understand people getting mad when they lose money ( by entering tournaments and losing wagers) but what I don't understand is the one time I reply to a kid I get banned ( i think this may be the reason). He was messaging
me in another form of communication (skype) including racial comments, profanity and other mean comments. He messaged me on Xbox Messages calling me a 'sweaty try hard and not to play so bently,' so along with this message and the other comments I wrongly
replied with a mean message ' suck my balls' although its nothing compared to what he was saying I am still apologetic. He then said he was reporting me and on Skype he kept on saying these mean comments and saying I was going to get banned because I was gay
(which i'm not or anything).

I find it aggravating that I have been banned because a child has falsely baited me out, and now what I do to bring in income has to be paused for some weeks. I don't feel that this is right as I make a living out of playing, streaming and making videos
of playing Xbox Games and know I can't bring in any income and am essentially broke for weeks (along with me losing money for the 'Pay to Enter' tournaments I have entered for the coming weeks).

I have always been an 'Xbox sort of guy' and have always defended Xbox when in the discussion of Xbox One VS PS4 but I honestly think that this has reached the limit. I'm extremely angry and disappointed in Xbox's approach to this matter and therefore I
will be telling my large audience to not bother with buying Xbox's and to get PS4 as it's better, and the actual team behind it don't actually care about their players and will ban people for no reason without looking into the matter.

Hopefully someone nice and smart reads this post and can somehow release my ban so I can get back to bringing in income and therefore I can say that the people behind Xbox are actually smart and promote it just like I do.

Hey there Crystal Gamurr,

To elaborate fully on Smwutches and Internet Expert's replies. The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
Case Review. Not all suspensions are reviewable though, as an example, 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable. However, you can find more
information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
Code of Conduct or
Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps
HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the
Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
