    Been communication banned for no reason, all I do is play in a party with my friends and its communication banned for a week. I haven't done anything wrong. Can someone get back to me as soon as possible to discuss this further

    Hey there Crystal Gamurr,

    To elaborate fully on Smwutches and Internet Expert's replies. The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
    Case Review. Not all suspensions are reviewable though, as an example, 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable. However, you can find more
    information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
    Code of Conduct or
    Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

    One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps
    HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the
    Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review.

    If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

  5. Details of the account action should be sent to the account email; more details can also be found in your Enforcement History at enforcement.xbox.com

    The Enforcement Team would be contacted through a Case Review, so I would recommend you read over this page with more details before opening a Case Review so you're aware of the process: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I The Enforcement

    Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

    The only way to report someone is via your console,it can't be done here or anywhere else.

    As the enforcement team don't use the forums you need to go to the enforcement site
    here for info on your suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    No one here can lift the suspension,you have been given the wrong information.

    No one will tell you who reported you either.

    The only place to contact the enforcement team is via the enforcement site

    via a case review but as it's a 24 hour suspension you are no eligible.

    The enforcement team do not read these forums.

    You do not get banned/suspended "for nothing",you must have said something that violated the ToU/CoC which is why you were suspended.

    You can file for a case review here if the suspension is longer than 24 hours
