Communication banned for no logical reason

You can try submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com but LFG posts are only meant for looking for others to play a game with. Offering to buy/sell/trade,etc. Is not allowed

In-game it's fine, but since LFG posts are not in-game, they don't allow it.

You have to goto clubs or parties or your own game and chat privately that stuff

Keep in mind clubs have rules.so please follow them if they allow trading then powrr to you

The hole point of the game the is to gain items by buying them with in game currency and selling them for more than you paid for, it’s apart of the game I’m guessing that dosnt matter

Am guessing you have received an email already with the content of your post. Can I just point out that Xbox Live terms state that it is a Live acvount Holders responsibilty to ensure that any use of their account meets the terms and even if something happens
when say a friend plays on your profile and you are unaware...unfortunately the blame will still fall to you. As the account holder you are ultimately responsible for anything that happens with it. Sorry I couldnt be more help
