Communication banned for 3 months?!

Hello. On 9/10/17 I was communication banned. I got somehow communication banned WHILE I was already suspended from physically playing on my account for a few days, so I'm very sure it's a glitchy/faulty ban. I thought this would have been resolved months
ago, because even on the enforcement page it says they only last up to 2 weeks, but it hasn't. It's very frustrating because I can't talk or send messages on my account and every time I sign on to Xbox it reminds me of the terms of service and my suspension.
It's also frustrating because i got COMMUNICATION BANNED in a period of time when I wasn't even able to play on my account!! How does that make sense? Also, on enforcement.xbox.com it's not giving me an option to apply for a case review, for whatever reason. I
think I tried the questionnaire like 2 months ago and failed it and just wanted to wait it out. Someone help me out with this please because I have EVERYTHING on this account and my gold runs out soon and I don't want to make another account when all my game
progress is on this account. This is my first and ever account on Xbox and I've been using it for nearly 10 years. I'm sure it was a glitch that messed me over and I want it removed already. Thanks.

Ban was lifted but I cannot do party chat

My xbox one account got a communication ban about 2 weeks ago and it was followed by an xbox live ban 3 days later and now that the xbox live ban was lifted I am still communication banned and I've contacted someone at support and they didn't help me. I've

Xbox enforcement could be a bit more professional

Hello i was banned for hassment abuse & threatening. but i did not i have a communication banned. so how could i harass someone when i dont have the feature to message people. this report happened 3 days after my communication banned. i wasnt online until
3 hours after i got notified for harassment abuse. plus theres no evidence of me abusing or threatening anyone. xbox enforcement team please review my case again

Firstly how suspensions work and how you can get another suspension while already suspended

1. A report is filed that you violated the code of conduct that report is sent to our enforcement team and goes in line with all the reports that are made which could take a few days to get to the report of your account. at which point they wi90 ll then
suspend your account if there was a violation of the code of conduct.

2. So if during the time of original report and another report comes in that there was another violation that again goes in line and may take a few days to investigate that one and put a suspension on the account for that violation. So it may look like you
were suspended a second time while you were already suspended. But in reality it was a matter of when the reports were made and when they were able to investigate the report and suspend the account.

now for the 90 day suspensions those have just been put into place here in the last couple of months those are for people that continuously violate the code of conduct and receive enforcement actions and are a last resort before finally permanently suspending
the account.

THESE TYPES OF SUSPENSIONS ARE NOT CASE REVIEWABLE. which is why you do not see the option for a case review at this point it would be a matter of waiting out the suspension you only have about a week left on it if it was started on 9/10/17 and you may want
to review the code of conduct
here to make sure that you don't get your account permanently suspended.

Hopefully then on the 10th I'm unbanned. They should state that they have 90 day bans on the site/let you know how long the suspension is in your file. Thanks for the info.

You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.
http://enforcement.xbox.com/home There is nothing anyone in the forums can do. Also, posting multiple threads for the same issue is against forum guidelines.
