what to me thats funny is i play nothing but m rated games that also state online is not rated so i can turn around and get reported for smack talk by some kid get banned for 14 days which shouldnt be on the game anyway or some panzy adult who must have

I feel you man, I have a 2 month comm ban on my Xbox one despite the email only saying only one account would be banned, I never received another email about the console ban and Enforcement has no record of it either. Trigger happy much?

Was it a communication ban or a profile ban? I was communication banned once but it only lasted 24 hours but some of my friends have been banned from 2 days up to a month. If it was a profile ban I'd assume it's permanent but don't quote me on that.

Firstly how suspensions work and how you can get another suspension while already suspended

1. A report is filed that you violated the code of conduct that report is sent to our enforcement team and goes in line with all the reports that are made which could take a few days to get to the report of your account. at which point they wi90 ll then
suspend your account if there was a violation of the code of conduct.

2. So if during the time of original report and another report comes in that there was another violation that again goes in line and may take a few days to investigate that one and put a suspension on the account for that violation. So it may look like you
were suspended a second time while you were already suspended. But in reality it was a matter of when the reports were made and when they were able to investigate the report and suspend the account.

now for the 90 day suspensions those have just been put into place here in the last couple of months those are for people that continuously violate the code of conduct and receive enforcement actions and are a last resort before finally permanently suspending
the account.

THESE TYPES OF SUSPENSIONS ARE NOT CASE REVIEWABLE. which is why you do not see the option for a case review at this point it would be a matter of waiting out the suspension you only have about a week left on it if it was started on 9/10/17 and you may want
to review the code of conduct
here to make sure that you don't get your account permanently suspended.
