Communication banned - First offense, please take another look. Thanks in advance.

This is pretty new to me. For the amount of time I've held this Xbox account, I have never had any issues surrounding the Terms of Service. I went ahead and did the survey to get it looked at again, but unfortunately I misread two of the questions twice
and now I have to wait. I ended up calling MS Support and unfortunately they couldn't do too much, but they let me know I could come here for some guidance and explain my situation.

Anyways, here is some insight. Ever since I have picked up Ubisoft's "For Honor", I have received a pretty large amount of what you call "hate mail" for winning in games. On some occasions, I received party chat invites in which I joined, but more often
than not the person I was besting had many of his friends in the chat bashing me so I didn't talk, except for the usual "I am beating you straight up, so I am not sure why you are getting so upset." which usually escalated towards them yelling profanities
and challenging me again. I decline every time and either leave or get kicked before I leave and threatened with being reported by the guy and his friends.

In For Honor currently, there is a glitch going around with a character called the Warden. With this glitch, the abuser can simply one shot kill anyone no matter how much HP the victim has. Today I had a run-in with an individual who used said glitch. I began
by asking saying he'd be banned for using the glitch, after Ubisoft made a statement about the abuse of the glitch stated earlier. He said he abused the glitch because it was fun, and I continued by saying it is wrong to use it, even if it is there and using
it won't make you better. Afterwards, he sends a party chat invite and I said I would have to report him for using the glitch and cheating. I left soon after. He then continued to message me so I decided to share the video clip on Reddit, where people can
see the footage and report under their own discretion. Later, he sends me another chat invite and gets hostile and I told him that I reported him and shared the footage of him cheating. He got angry once I said this and claimed he'd report me for calling him
a "****" in the text chat. Now I didn't directly call him that, I said something along the lines of "Using a cheat to win is a pretty **** way of going about playing the game." That said, there is always going to be a level of trash talking over XBL, whether
it's in good competitive fun, or ironically in this case, a heated discussion of morals and cheating in a game. I have definitely learned my lesson and probably should have simply reported and then blocked him much sooner, but some part of me just wanted to
explain to him that cheating no matter the form is wrong. Thinking back on it, I should probably block cheaters or aggressive individuals, instead of trying to explain myself to those types of people.

I'm sorry in advance if I used the word I said in this post, but as I said before this is the first time I've ever had an issue such as this. I know my error now. Again, I shouldn't have engaged in conversation with this person, and definitely shouldn't
have expended the time and frustration trying to explain to a grown man that cheating is wrong. I'd very much appreciate it if you could give it another look over and repeal the communication ban. It is just a little frustrating how easily people can cheat
and get off so easily, and I guess that this frustration resulted in my mistake of continuing to stand my ground against this individual. For Honor can get quite heated like all games, but I also really enjoy playing other games with friends over Xbox Live
and communicating through this platform! It's why we have supported it for so many years!

Communication Ban

My Xbox account was recently banned from all communications because I got in a few arguments here and there. This is the first time I've been banned and they didn't give me a time when I'll be unbanned. How long does this usually take, considering it's my
first offense?
