    Communication banned falsely


    I was playing rainbow six siege and someone team killed me, so I messaged them asking them why they did that. 30 seconds later I get a notification that I've been communication banned for 7 days. I didn't do anything wrong and I am very angry right now because
    the Xbox support is garbage.

    My son was banned from communications?

    My son was banned from using communication but he only talks to his friends. I am worried he was falsely reported and may be permenantely banned eventually.

    well it wouldn't have been for that incident

    One suspensions take a few days because dispite all the fake YouTube videos they actually investigafe all reports

    False communication ban?

    I appreciate your reply truly but it doesn’t really help me. The details description in the message notification said “no details given”. Which makes me feel like the ban if for giggles considering is was just a pic of cell anyway. But is there a way xbox support or webchat bot could get me a person to help with this. And yes i know I can’t contact the enforcement team I wouldn’t want to anyway clearly their judgment is lacking.

    If a game allows trading, you can only do so in-game. Trading outside of in-game mechanics is not allowed per the code of conduct you agreed to.
