Communication Banned but it doesn't show up on Xbox Enforcement

Discus and support Communication Banned but it doesn't show up on Xbox Enforcement in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have a communication ban for 100 days supposedly out of nowhere that I can't see on Xbox Enforcement and I need help getting this removed or making...     Communication Banned but it doesn't show up on Xbox Enforcement


    I have a communication ban for 100 days supposedly out of nowhere that I can't see on Xbox Enforcement and I need help getting this removed or making it accessible to send a ticket on the enforcement site. My case number is 1390263090

    Ok so to begin i was communication banned from the 23rd of October to the 6th of November. I didn't think much of it until after my ban i am currently unable to send messages or be in a party, etc. I contacted xbox support twice about this and apparently
    while i was communication banned i managed to get another communication ban put against me? And the crazy thing is that it doesn't end until February 1st of 2018?? First of all i was already banned so there is no way i could of gotten this. Second of all i
    can't even file for a case review because this ban doesn't show up for me in my enforcement history? It just shows my last one and that it had already ended? I am currently speaking with a xbox support representative and he said to post on here as a way of
    communicating with the enforcement team since this current enforcement wont show in my history. PLEASE ENFORCEMENT TEAM HELP ME WITH THIS!!!

    Yes but they aren't showing up on the enforcement page. I was communications banned and its showing nothing.

    Can I appeal temporary Xbox ban

    It doesn't show up on the enforcement website at all. Is there a seperate section for device bans versus account bans?

    Console suspension,

    if it is a communication suspension, they can take a while to show up on the Enforcement site. If it is a console ban/suspension then they don't show up. It is probably an accumalation of communication suspensions that has lead to a console ban and he
    has probably sworn at somebody again.
