Communication banned but i reported him first

so I was playing gamebattles match and my team were winning and this kid messages me telling that I'm a camper and that I was scared so I gave him the lol yea then he said sad af (as ****) is what that means and then said bunch of camping randoms then later
on he continued to tell me to KYS (kill your self) called me a nerd called me a virgin continued to tell me to KYS so I reported him thinking it would stop and it didnt work he made me mad and I flipped out and cussedness him out then he called me a poor, broke
and a bum that will get no where in life's amd reported me and I go to banned but he started it and didn't stop

Suspension

A person that i know spam reported me for no reason and got me communication banned for a week. Ive reported him multiple times for vulgar language and other stuff like that but nothing has happened to him. I would like some help.

 

2 weeks communication ban.

I had a problem just like this. For some reason I had a 2 week suspension. I did use some inappropriate language against a player that was telling me to kill myself and threatening me. I reported him, but instead of him being banned I got 2 communication
bans, each was a 1 week communication ban and they were one after another. All I said was "Go $^%& yourself!" This was only my first offense too.

 

Xbox Enforcement does not monitor these forums.

Next time something like this happens, don't respond back to that person. Just block them and report them.

7) If someone is making offensive remarks to you, do not reply back to them. Report and block them.

- If you're in a party chat and offensive remarks are being made. Your account may receive a suspension just for being in that party if the party is reported.

8) It's your account and you're responsible for it. If you let a friend use your account and they violate they Code of Conduct or Terms of Use with your account, then it's your account that will be penalized.

 

The problem is it does not matter who started it you should have just reported him and then blocked and muted him.

If you break the code of conduct and are reported you will get suspended.

At this point all that you can do is apply for a case review at the enforcement teams website enforecement.xbox.com
