Communication banned because of Xbox Live

I had tried to send a group message to all of my friends and to people who I had play with in games. It was to let them know I make YouTube videos, and that they should check out my channel. I was sending the message on my Xbox One, but I was using the Xbox
360 hub (backwards compatible game). When I tried to send the message, it had said it would not send, so I tried again. And again, and again. Once the message had finally went through, I got a message from Xbox Enforcement Team, which spells trouble. Apparently the
message was sent each time I tried to re-try sending it, despite Xbox Live telling me the send had failed, and to try again.

Now I'm suspended because of spam mail, which is a communication offence. I was literally mislead by Xbox Live. My message had failed to send each time. I did not want to retype everything, so I did not cancel sending the message, but instead I clicked "send"
in hopes that it would finally go through.

My Xbox One message history was not updated either. I also have Xbox app installed on my phone. Neither did that show any messages was sent from me. Finally one of my friends had messaged me back, and suddenly the message decided to send. Then someone sent
me a message telling me to shut up. That was when I discovered Xbox Live had duplicated my message.

I had directed everyone to my small YouTube channel, and now I'm suspended and my channel will get disliked and the comments will probably get spammed. The worst part is I cannot even messages the people to tell them it was a mistake. Xbox Live for 360 is
broken.

I had a good day recording videos and tried to share it with others, only to get humiliated because of a bug. The Enforcement Team is taking forever to review my case. Even if they do reverse my suspension, nothing can repair the damage that has been done
because now I have lost friends and potential friends, and my YouTube channel toast. This makes me want to give up on Microsoft. Not because I'm upset with Xbox itself, but because of embarrassment.

I'm appearing offline right now, because I don't want to receive any more mail telling me how much of an idiot I am. I wish this could all be a dream, but I guess it is about time I rest and go to sleep, because there is nothing else left for me, and the
ban will last at least two weeks.

I'm sorry for that, but spam messaging people(even a single message sent to a lot of people) is considered against the code of conduct.
