communication baned for no reason

Soo my account got suspended yesterday around 6 o-clock i believe for pretty much no reason if thats what i think it is and the one that shoild het banned is the one who reported me for cursing. Please someone from the support respond to me

Got banned while at work

ok my screen names and ive been baned from communication for no reason i was at work when this happened and wasnt even online so please help me fix this ive done everthing i could think of tio fix this

The enforcement team do not use the forums & xbox live enforcement is nothing to do with support so no one here can tell you why you were suspended.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can check on the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/home#sub-topic0-6 where you can file for a case review if eligible.

You cant be banned for no reasons

There is always a reason

If it's a communication suspension then you need to watch what you say

It has to be rated E for everyone

To get permanently baned you need to have multiple violations not just one
