    Communication ban


    I feel like this is stupid to post but I received a communication ban with no explanation at all. I say it's stupid to post because it seems like the enforcement department is virtually impossible to get a hold of and it seems like even if they have made
    a mistake it does not matter. I am not able to request a review for my ban since it was so short. It's sad to say as an Xbox live gold member for decades and my first time receiving a communication ban I am trying to get some sort of explanation and I cannot
    find anyone at Microsoft to get a hold of.

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

    I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

    Communication ban

    When deciding about an enforcement act XBLPET doesn't need to explain anything for it is supposed you have read the Code of Conduct (when you signed for live) and you are aware of the service rules.

    If you have a 24 hrs ban I suggest you to read the Code of Conduct in order to avoid other bans

    Ban are not issued unless it for something that violated the code of conduct. In most cases for this type of ban it was for trash talking for minor language violation

    reach out via this link. Once you sign in, click on the orange gavel and you can see any and all enforcement actions against the account. Next to the current enforcement, you might see a "Review" link. If so, click it and your request will go right to
    the enforcement team. If there is no link, you'll have to ride it out and wait for the enforcement to expire. Good luck!

    I agree more detail would be welcome. My son got a communication ban, I will have him review the code of conduct but would be nice to have a more "precise" discussion. For education purpose. Also in English he is more limited and learning the language I
    would have like to know what conduct to the ban so I can propose alternative wording/solution ...

    Hi

    Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

    You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

    I feel like my voice is not even heard by you guys for real!!! Hundreds of dollars and I get spit in the face?? It's a game and there gonna be trash talk your taking the fun out of the game for real and that's why I'll go to Sony!!! i may even get legal

    It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
