    Communication Ban


    I seriously need to talk to someone in the enforcement team. I am beyond depressed because I can't talk to anyone on my friends which I have had for 10+ years. I set my account to where only friends can contact me. It's been a month since I was communication
    banned. I really really would like to be able to talk to just my friends. This is my only hobby. I have no girlfriend, my job sucks, I don't drink. This is literally it. I seriously need help here... I have learned to not talk to anyone online anymore unless
    they are my friends.

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

    I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

    Communication Ban

    Filing for a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    There is no email,phone number,forum etc. to contact them,a case review is the only way.

    Sounds like they found more offences you had committed while investigating your case review.

    No one here can tell you anything.A case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team

    Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

    You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

    I feel like my voice is not even heard by you guys for real!!! Hundreds of dollars and I get spit in the face?? It's a game and there gonna be trash talk your taking the fun out of the game for real and that's why I'll go to Sony!!! i may even get legal

    It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
