    They came at me first and they said some really bad things about my family and I said one thing and got banned for communication and all I said is one word but they didn't get banned for saying a lot of things to me . And im banned for a while and I need
    some help getting an unban because Xbox shouldn't do this to me .

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

    I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

    Details about your suspension are found by logging on to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com    . If eligible, you may submit a case review as your appeal.

    Communication suspensions still allow you to play multiplayer games online, but all communication-related features (voice, messaging, Skype, etc) are disabled for the
    duration of the suspension terms.

    The forums cannot assist with unbanning you, as nobody here has access to those Enforcement records. Xbox Enforcement staff do not post here.

    Doesnt matter who starts the fight

    Being in a fight doesn't make you immune to the rules nor do you have access to information about others suspensions

    Hi

    Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

    You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

    I feel like my voice is not even heard by you guys for real!!! Hundreds of dollars and I get spit in the face?? It's a game and there gonna be trash talk your taking the fun out of the game for real and that's why I'll go to Sony!!! i may even get legal

    It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
