    I just wanted to post something about this topic now lately Xbox live enforcement team has been com banning me for defending my self. Now i play a game called Smite and i'm sure most people on this forum has had there games where people ping you saying you
    rock cancel that etc. Now income the messages after game party invite spam people telling you to uninstall never play this or that don't touch this role etc. So me being me of course i'm going to say something back i'm not going to sit here and let some lil
    5 year old harass me like that and get away with it. When i go to report somebody nothing ever happens to them but the moment i do this and it's multiple games where it happens i'm the one who end's up with the week suspension from communication. Xbox is getting
    really ridiculous with this now and tbh i'm frankly getting annoyed with it. It's getting to the point where your not allowed to express your self they want you to be a goody 2 shoes and just block mute and report everybody who does this to you. Now if there
    going to go around and giving people a week ban from messaging any one then why bother even being social on Xbox one? Like seriously the enforcement team needs a change or at least change how they handle ban's. Because tbh banning someone for sticking up for
    there self is childish and immature on there end that's just my opinion. You see people on PC Smite bming all the time but you don't see Hi-Rez giving the all mighty hammer like Xbox is doing.

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

    I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

    communication ban

    You can view your ban by logging into enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there should the ban be eligible for one. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team. It is always
    best to just report unsavory players and move on rather than retaliate. Firing back will only increase the risk of further enforcement.

    you don't retaliate in a way that breaks the code of conduct and use the tools your are given you can join the rest of 99.9% of live and be suspension free

    Hi

    Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

    You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

    I feel like my voice is not even heard by you guys for real!!! Hundreds of dollars and I get spit in the face?? It's a game and there gonna be trash talk your taking the fun out of the game for real and that's why I'll go to Sony!!! i may even get legal

    It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
