Communication Ban

I just recently came off an com ban and was banned again.

This was my first time on in a week and i only sent two people messages.

One person was a "friend."

First message summary:

I was called an idiot,and a loser.

I should've blocked the guy( like people should do instead of reporting)

I was upset and sent him messages of the same caliber; avoiding profanity,or vulgar language.

He stopped messaging me after we exchanged a few blows.

The second message summary:

"Friend"

I was playing some private matches in Destiny.

I send a friend a message which said, "join me ****"

My "friend" and me usually joke around like that.

He replied "report?"

I of course said "yes please"

He says "ok"

I send emojis......BANNED

I don't comprehend how this system works,nor do understand how to contact an enforcement member.

This is my second account and third ban.

I told myself i wouldn't message anymore.

Little did i know it took two messages to be banned once again.

I'm getting slightly irritated and contemplating going to PSN

The censorship,and babysitting is quite agitating

If there's a member of the enforcement team willing to reply to this comment i'd appreciate it.

Being banned twice

Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

 

I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if you can submit a case review (that is the only way to contact the enforcement team).

 

It's worth noting that if the blocked word in your post was a curse word and your friend reported you, even as a joke, you shouldn't be surprised with the communications suspension. The Enforcement Team has no way of knowing that you guys are just joking.
They get a report and the reported message is one that contains content that is against the Code of Conduct. All they can do is act according to those guidelines. Sorry.

 

And PSN also enforces the same no cursing, abusive message over online playing policy too. So be a good boy on PSN service too and not just on Xbox from now on.

As you got 3 suspension, I'll really be careful from now on if you don't want to get a perma banned which maybe the final thing you'll get if your reported again. Good luck!
