Communication Ban

I was given a 24 hour communication ban in regards to an alleged "inappropriate communication" last night. But due to the fact that it was a 24 hour ban (and not longer) I am unable to dispute it. (How does this make any sense to anyone?) Anyway. When I
contacted Support, whom I'm not even sure was an actual person even though it said it was, I was lead around in circles and given, essentially, the notion that it MUST have been my fault and that there's no way it could be in error. And on top of that, there's
no way to communicate with the enforcement department outside of the review which, again, cannot be done with a ban of 24 hours or less. (Does anyone else see how this could be a problem?)

Long story short, I'm reduced to making a forum post in the vain hope that it will actually be seen by someone who can actually do something about it. I'm not too overly hopeful however. You know, what with past experience with the previously mentioned customer
support attempts. I'm not trying to be snide. Just stating facts.

So if there's anyone that can actually help me resolve this issue, your time would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.

Being banned twice

Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

 

I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

 

Customer support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement so they can't help you.

The reason you can't dispute a 24 hour suspension is because by the time the review has been investigated the suspension will be over.

There's nothing you can do other than wait out the suspension & make sure you don't do whatever you did again.To many suspensions will result in a perma ban.

 

Which is great and all. But this is the problem once again. I'm being blamed for something I'm fairly certain I never committed. Yet another person saying "you had to have done it because you got the reaction you did" without any proof or evidence and not
giving a reason or providing said proof or evidence. So now I have a black mark on my file for something that I'm fairly certain never happened. I honestly believe that someone got offended that I beat them in the Sparrow Racing League races in Destiny and
made a falsified report or something. But again, I just have to shut up and take it because there's literally no way to dispute it since it's a less than or equal to a 24 hour ban. I understand that the time frame for review would take longer than the ban
to just finish, but to not be able to dispute it and be able to have it stricken from my record? This theology is absolutely maddening.

 

You would not of got suspended without reason.

Every report is investigated before a suspension is issued.

If someone filed a false report then you would not of been suspended.

 

See, I don't believe this for a second. And I'm still waiting for the evidence or proof of the allegation. By anyone. Because I still find it pretty much impossible for it to have occurred. When I communicate with people, it's ALWAYS courteous. I don't use
racial slurs, the group of people I contact have zero problems with swearing (because they do it too) and I don't grief or belittle anyone. But because some random person that I probably don't even know, I've received a 24 hour communication ban? No. This
is an unjust and unfair system. ESPECIALLY when I don't have any ability to refute it or prove it false. It's like ****. A person (usually female) can claim that they were raped by (x) individual and said individual will likely do some jail time before they
are cleared of their charges. False imprisonment over something they didn't commit. But you know what? It just takes that one person to "cry wolf", as they say, and that's all it takes. So was there a report made? Of this I have no doubt. Was it true? I won't
say it's impossible, but I WILL say that it's pretty close to it.
